Lemonade

Sometimes your lemonade may be too sweet, too sour, or too watery. Take a sip of this recipe!

*Yield 2 ½ gallons

5 ea. lemons (sliced)

4 cups of sugar

2 gallons cold water

1 ½ quarts lemon juice

*Place the lemons in a large bucket. Add sugar. Use a potato masher to beat the lemons. Add water and lemon juice. Stir vigorously to dissolve the sugar. Strain the juice through a sieve.
