Grilled Asparagus

Here’s something you can make less than 30 minutes! Grilled asparagus with a drizzle of red wine vinaigrette and a sunny side up egg make the perfect summer dish.

5 spears, peeled medium asparagus

1 ea. large egg

1 tsp. minced chives

1 pinch salt

1 pinch BP

2 tbsp. red wine vinaigrette

 

Red wine vinaigrette

1.5 cup of red wine vinegar

¼ cup lemon juice

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. BP

1 tbsp. blended oil

 

*Grill the asparagus and let it cool. Plate asparagus and drizzle with the red wine vinaigrette. Top it with a fried egg. Garnish with chives and salt and pepper for taste.
