This pizza calls for more healthy ingredients like mushrooms and asparagus. Feel free to choose your toppings and sprinkle them onto the pizza crust!
1 ea. pizza crust 8″
tbsp. olive oil
4 slices sliced tomato
4 oz. scrambled egg (2 eggs)
1 oz. bacon
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 oz. peppers
1 oz. asparagus tips
3 oz. Jack cheese or mozzarella
*Lightly brush pizza crust with olive oil. Place 5 thin slices of tomato on top (do not overlap). Bake on oven 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Spread the tomatoes, scramble eggs, pepper, asparagus, mushrooms, bacon and cheese on top and put it back in the oven. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut in four.
