Baked Brie

It will only take a couple of minutes to assemble this savory appetizer. On one hand, there is a chewy texture from the sun-dried tomatoes and bread. On the other hand, there is the buttery, creamy texture from the avocado and brie! The flavors complement each other so well, the dish is bound to be a crowd pleaser.

 

2 slices Ciabatta or Sourdough bread

½ avocado (slice on short side)

Sun-dried tomatoes

Baked Brie (sliced)

Fresh ground black pepper

 

Garlic oil

6 to 1 olive oil to garlic

*Blend together and strain.

 

Balsamic reduction

*Place balsamic vinegar in pan and bring to boil. Turn down to a very low heat and reduce to a syrupy consistency. Chill after finished.

*Assemble bread, avocado, tomato and brie on top (in that order). Drizzle with garlic oil and fresh black pepper and bake or roast on grill to toast bread and melt cheese. Finish with balsamic reduction on top.
